Equipment from Weing, Panhans, Unimat 500, Celaschi, Unicontrol 6, S+S and Simal are used in the manufacturing process of our timber windows. A Krautzberger painting and flow-coating line has been installed in the painting shop. Air dampening from the Danish firm ML System has been installed in the plant.

Painting

The company furthers the environment protection by using ecologically friendly water-based materials for painting our timber windows and doors, which do not pollute the environment. We use products from companies Sikkens, Teknos. These materials protect wooden windows from severe weather conditions, blue fungus, and decay and water penetration.

Every product has four coatings:

1. Impregnate – prime. The preservative protects the product from decay and fungi, ensuring its durability, while the primer ensures the optimal sticking of the paint to the timber.

2. Special intermediate primer. It fills the porous and stops the water from penetrating the cross sections and seals.

3. Paint or varnish. The final coat protects the product from atmospheric impact and colours it.

Clients can choose taking into account the current style or the interior/exterior details from RAL paint palette and TM and SAD varnish palettes.

Sealing

We sandwich a gasket between the wooden frame and the window, which reduce noise and does not allow weather passing into the inside of premises. The gasket is resistant to temperature effect, long-term pressure deformation, ultraviolet rays, and mechanical effect. According to the customer requirements we use silicone (black, white, transparent) or gaskets (black) for unit sealing. They ensure frames sealing, protect them from rainfall, reduce heat and sound permeability.

Fittings

Types of fittings are chosen according to window opening type (Scandinavian or European windows). We use German firms ROTO or G-U fittings for European type (inwards opening) timber windows and doors. These fittings ensure the tightness of the window, possibilities of ventilation positions and safety. Timber windows with these fittings can be opened, folded, slid aside, etc. Scandinavian type (outward opening) windows are equipped with fittings from the Danish firm IPA. Hooks or handles are used in this type of windows. Windows can be opened, rotated vertically, horizontally, etc.

Timber windows glazing is usually performed using SAINT GOBAIN or PILKINGTON glass. These glasses have better sunlight permeability, heat preservation in the premises and better sound insulation. Hermetic double or three pane glass packages are used as a standard option, filled with argon gas. The indoor pane comes in selective glass, reflecting thermal rays into the premises and improving heat insulation features of glass package. Heat conduction coefficient of such glass package U = 1,1 W/m2K.

According to the customer requirements we can offer the following glass packages:

· Heat insulation (selective).

· Sunshine control (reflective, toned).

· Sound insulation.

· Anti-burglar (laminated, hardened).

· Special: fire safe, ornamental.
